Family with children should think twice
Check in was super smooth , and they stocked our room with enough towels for everyone. And the breakfast buffet had a huge selection with staff there to help whenever needed.
It wasn't exactly affordable but I guess you get what you pay for.

Excellent food, dinner and breakfast. Not cheap but worth it.
The only negative was extra hard, extra big pillows. Made sleep difficult. Easy problem to correct; fit rooms with both soft and hard pillows.

Beautifully decorated units with really nice view. Peaceful and exceptionally nice location when travelling to Sutton.

The vibrant decor combined with the spacious common areas was good, while the easily accessible layout helped us navigate without any hassle. The warm colors created a lovely atmosphere as well!
More grab bars in the bathrooms would be helpful.

The outdoor pool (even thought it was small).
Dealing with the Conference Center staff. WI-FI is SLOW! Would hang often. The indoor pool was stuffy, dirty and hot. Housekeeping was not thorough. Food was inconsistent, some items were decent - others bad.

When I booked room it said balcony and when I checked in I was on the opposite side of the balcony rooms!

the location was particularly good and amazing, for example, an outdoor theater was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. the breakfast with adequate food and chocolate milk, as for instance was tasty, you'll find what you need.

The staff was friendly and recommended a state park that was gorgeous. The rooms were clean, the beds and extra pillows were just right. Refrigerator was nice extra. Breakfast was wonderful.
